Kukkiwon will hold an ‘Online Public Hearing for the Amendment of Kukkiwon’s Articles of Association for Presidential Election (hereinafter referred to as “public hearing”)’ to hear opinions on amendments to the articles of association with regard to the election of the Kukkiwon President, including the expansion of the electoral college.
The public hearing will be held live online for about 110 minutes from 10AM on Friday, January 14, in the aftermath of the spread of the COVID-19.

The public hearing will be open to the public through Kukkiwon’s official website (www.2022kukkiwon.org) for computer or mobile device, and will be delivered in Korean and English simultaneously.
While Honorary President Noh Soonmyung of Incheon Taekwondo Association will be the moderator, and Kim Jungheon, Professor at Department of Taekwondo of Yongin University, Kwak Jeonghyeon, Professor at Department Taekwondo of Gachon University, Seo Sung Won, Editor-in-Chief of Taekwondo Box Media, and Yang Taekjin, Senior Reporter at TKDNews will participate as panelists.
Kukkiwon will publish information of the public hearing on its website on Wednesday, January 12, and receive opinions through the bulletin board until the public hearing ends.
