Correction

For corrections, please fill in the form attached. Correction does not cost you. It must include a Government-issued ID(Passport, Driving License, Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate, etc).

Re-issue

For a re-issue, it will cost $30 per certificate and it includes Paper, Card and the shipping fee.

＊ There is no fee reduction for only card or only paper.

＊ If you need more than 1 duplicates it will cost you $30 each.
(eg. 1st and 2nd Dan certificate is $60 in total)

＊ Please send us the “RECEIPT of payment / ADDRESS / PHONE NUMBER”where you wish to get your certificates.

How long does it takes

The Re-issue will take 4~6 weeks from confirmation of your payment with Re-issue applications.

＊ Please contact us if you do not receive your certificates after 8 weeks.

We request Original Dan Certificate(Paper)

• When Date of Birth is changing entirely.
• When changing DOB requires Poom>Dan or Dan>Poom change.
• If the Name changes entirely.
• If the Nationality / Name / DOB requires change.
