Kukkiwon had a 9th Dan presentation ceremony on April 21th at 11am at Kukkiwon President Office.

Kukkiwon President Kang, Won Sik presented 9th Dan to 12 people at that time and 14 people
received 9th Dan certification.

President Kang said "congratulation to all of you, please show to excellent leadership to
Taekwondo people".
