[notice] Kukkiwon concluded MOU with MTAA today.

Kukkiwon(prisident Won-sik Kang) concluded MOU with MTAA(Martial Taekwondo America Association, Chairman Hwang-gi Baek) of USA on Jan. 12th, 2011 at Kukkiwon.
President Kang said after the ceremony, "I know there's different environment for training or operating clubs among countries. please make some suggestions regarding it", and "It'll be of practical use for Taekwondo development".
