Announcement on Voting Methods for the Presidential Election of Kukkiwon

We announce that the upcoming Presidential Election of Kukkiwon scheduled on October 6, 2022 will be conducted with the following methods.

1. Voting conducted with PC(E-mail) or Smartphone(Web)

○ Electors specified in Article 14 paragraph 1 subparagraphs 1 to 4 and subparagraphs 6 to 8 of the Regulations on Presidential Election

※ Electors recommended by the Taekwondo organizations located in Korea

○ Domestic Taekwondo masters (KPS) from among those specified in subparagraph 10

○ A representative for the employees of Kukkiwon (subparagraph 11)

2. Voting conducted with PC(E-mail)

○ Electors recommended by the five Continental Taekwondo Unions

○ Electors recommended by the national Taekwondo associations of each continent (Asia, Europe, Pan-America, Africa, and Oceania) that have greatly contributed to the development of Kukkiwon (subparagraph 9)

○ Overseas Taekwondo masters (KMS) from among those specified in subparagraph 10

○ A representative for the Kukkiwon Taekwondo masters dispatched overseas (subparagraph 12)
